I had a great experience with Palm Island Electric. In my communication with Matt and Michelle I able to schedule the repair in a reasonable time. Jason came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. His knowledge is surely an asset to Palm Island. I also felt the cost was reasonable.

I work for a non-profit and have used Palm Island in helping a client whose electric was in horrible shape (read “potential house fire”). They were very kind and knowledgeable and when there was an error regarding getting payment to them (my fault, for the most part, not theirs at all) they were gracious and helped make things easier for me to submit payment paperwork. Palm Island Electric has always been our "go to" for electrical work. We had some outside lights damaged by Milton. PIE was quick to respond to our request and fixed everything. Their pricing is fair, and we are pleased as always
